Bass Pro Shops: Free Christmas Ornament For Local Heroes

Here's a really cool freebie offer from Bass Pro Shops -- on Sunday, December 15 from 7pm to 10pm, the first 100 "Local Heroes" in the store will score a free Christmas ornament!

To qualify as a local hero, you must be 18 years or older, and work as a police officer, fire fighter, paramedic, military personnel, or be a war veteran.

ID will be required for the free ornament, plus the additional 10% discount on regular priced items available during that time period.

I think this is a terrific way to recognize people who support their local communities!
