Love Del Taco. I remember back in Utah getting off work at 1am , my husband taking me to Del Taco to get chicken soft tacos with their cup of crinkle fries. Then heading up the mountain to the over look of the city. Ahh I am thinking about them now. Culebra is a little far for me so I haven been to it yet,but I am sure wanting to go there. Hopefully they build on closer to me.
